The actual dimensions of the playset ground foot print are 12' x 15' You should allow at least 6 feet safe play area on all sides making the entire play area 18' x 22'. Ground preparations of the 18' x 22' area should be clear of any obstacles, stumps, rocks or other hard objects. We recommend using a rubber mulch or sand in this area. As much as we don't want it to happen, kids fall off playsets and it's important for the area to have a soft landing. The Voyage ships in two to three days.
