The actual dimensions of the playset ground foot print are 15' x 19' You should allow at least 6 feet safe play area on all sides making the entire play area 21' x 25'.

Ground preparations of the 21' x 25' area should be clear of any obstacles, stumps, rocks or other hard objects. We recommend using a rubber mulch or sand in this area. As much as we don't want it to happen, kids fall off playsets and it's important for the area have a soft landing.

The Overlook Redwood ships in two to three weeks and is delivered in 4 boxes - 55 cubic feet and weighs 764 lbs.
