The actual dimensions of the playset ground foot print are 18' x 21' You should allow at least 6 feet safe play area on all sides making the entire play area 24' x 27'.

Ground preparations of the 24' x 27' area should be clear of any obstacles, stumps, rocks or other hard objects. We recommend using a rubber mulch or sand in this area. As much as we don't want it to happen, kids fall off playsets and it's important for the area have a soft landing.

The HIghlander ships in two to three weeks and is delivered in 6 boxes - 71 cubic feet and weighs 1,160 lbs.
